Linear vibrating piezo-electric bases

Bases on which a grooved-rail is mounted to feed oriented pieces tidily. They guarantee a continuous feeding of the pieces from the circular feeder, avoiding jammings of the fed pieces.

LOW DOWN

Extremely reduced dimensions allow the use of the piezo vibrating feeder in spaces where the conventional bowl feeder is not feasible.

The piezo base permits a power consumption reduced up to 70 times lower than the electromagnetic feeders. This is proven by some tests carried out in collaboration with a customer.

REDUCED TIMES FOR INSTALLATION, CHANGES OF PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE

This is possible thanks to the dowelled bases that enable a fast and accurate connection of the chute or the bowl. For some models, the use of dowelling, helps also the centring of the base on the fixing plate, facilitating possible replacements. Furthermore, we can guarantee a tolerance of only 2 hundredths of a millimeter, avoiding set up problems.
