REDUCED TIMES FOR INSTALLATION, CHANGES OF PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE

This is possible thanks to the dowelled bases that enable a fast and accurate connection of the chute or the bowl. For some models, the use of dowelling, helps also the centring of the base on the fixing plate, facilitating possible replacements. Furthermore, we can guarantee a tolerance of only 2 hundredths of a millimeter, avoiding set up problems.

The peculiarity of these vibrating piezo-electric bases is the multiple movement with CNC processed grooved-rails, guaranting a high precision and selection repeatability. Expecially suitable for feeding microcomponents. In these applications the feeders serve as hoppers whereas the pieces are perfectly oriented grooved-rails of the linear feeder.
